How long does it take to be called back?

Once the online form is filled out, you will be called back within 24 hours by a member of our team to schedule an appointment.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, absolutely. Simply fill out the online form and a member of our team will call you back within 24 hours to schedule a free estimate.

How long after signing my contract can you start my project?

Work is scheduled in the order in which we receive it. As soon as we receive your signed contract and deposit, we can book your spot. Someone will contact you shortly after receiving the documents to schedule the start date of your project.

What preparatory work do I need to do before you install my fence?

We ask that you move any belongings at least 2-3 feet away from the fence on each side to give us space to work. Although we are very careful, landscaping can sometimes be damaged during the removal and installation of your fence.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Can you bill my separated neighbor separately if we share the cost?

Sure, we would just need you to provide us with all their contact information so we can work with them directly to collect payments during the installation. Since the responsibility is shared, please make sure they also sign the contract.

What is your warranty?

All the products we use come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on product quality and finish. For the installation, a warranty of up to 5 years depending on the product chosen.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks or DEBIT, VISA and MasterCard.
